For Lessors

You can retrieve your password by following these steps:

  1. Go to monthly.dibzparking.com
  2. On the Sign In page, click on “Forgot Password” beside Sign In button.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Go to your mail and copy the verification code that we have sent on your email
  5. Go back to monthly.dibzparking.com and enter your email address. Paste the verification code on the password field and click Sign In.
  6. Upon signing in, you will be asked to enter your new password and save.

Aside from the basic details about your parking space location and pictures, you will need to upload either of the following documents as proof of ownership or tenancy:

  • Title Deed of parking space
  • Lease contract of parking space with letter of approval of the owner, allowing you to list it for rent on Dibz monthly parking marketplace.

Dibz gets a 25% commission on the monthly gross parking fee paid by lessee.

You as the lessor can set the price you want, however it cannot be lower than ₱2500 per month.

Yes! You can accept or reject a request to rent your parking space. You can also view customer’s ratings given by other lessors so you can choose your customers wisely.

As of now, lessors can only set the availability of their parking space but doesn't have the option to set a minimum rental period that a customer can rent. We allow customers to rent a space for a minimum of 1 month.

If you have set a 6 months availability on your parking space, we will match you to a renter in need of parking for 1 month up to end of the availability you have set.

Safety features are the responsibility of the lessor. In order to make your parking space more attractive to potential lessees, safety is a factor to take into consideration.

Once registered, go to “Parking Spaces” and click “Add Parking Slot”

We allow you to register as many parking spaces as you want as long as you can provide proof of ownership for each space.

Yes, you can. As long as there is no on-going lease transaction then you have the control to change the availability of your space. In the case of an existing lease transaction, we would ask that you honor the lease or incur penalties and/or being denied future access to the platform.

Your accumulated earnings will reflect on your dashboard in monthly.dibzparking.com and you may request a payout from your earnings.

For now, options for payout are made through:

  • GCash
  • PayMaya

We are sorry that the experience with your customer has not been a good one. In order for a cancellation to take place please contact our support with a written report as to why you wish to cancel the transaction.

For Customers

Yes. We allow renters to rent a space for a minimum of 1 month and you can rent it as long as the space is still available. Corresponding payment will apply for more than 1 month of rental.

No. Once your parking lease request is approved by the lessor you can’t change your payment options, start date or parking slot.

As of now, you can only lease a parking space for yourself. We consider adding this feature for our next updates.

Yes, you can cancel your transaction by contacting our customer support via email. We will require a few details before we do. Also, take note that any amount paid for the month will not be refundable. If payment was made in advance for the duration of the lease period, one month’s worth of parking rental shall be withheld as a penalty for cancelling the transaction midway.

Customers can do a refund for all unused months, less one month as penalty for cancellation.

For example:
Customer made a full payment for 5 months. Only used the parking space for 1 month and decided to cancel the transaction. The customer will be refunded for the remaining 3 months worth of what he/she paid.

You can choose to navigate your way to your reserved parking space. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Go to “Monthly Parking”
  • Tap your reserved space on the “Your Monthly Space” section
  • On the detailed screen of the space, tap the Navigate icon below the parking images.

Once your monthly parking lease / reservation is confirmed, then your parking is guaranteed.

Payment options are done through:

  • DibzPay Credits
  • Credit/Debit Cards

Currently scattered across Metro Manila. You may view the full listing on our mobile app under "Monthly Parking" service.

Unfortunately, we can only allow 1 transaction per customer as of now so you can only reserve 1 parking space.

Receipts are automatically sent to your email address that you have registered on your Dibz app.

Yes, you can. You can give a rating up to 5 stars and write comments based on your parking experience. You will be able to do the ratings during or after your transaction.

You can rent a parking space for a minimum of 1 month.

We only allow customers to communicate with the lessor once their application has been approved by the lessor.
